Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Surat

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage for the branch, to achieve the branch income and manage profitability of the branch.

·         Responsible to manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive client acquisition target primarily through the sale of equity based investment products, with prime focus on MNI and HNI segments to achieve targets.

·         Responsible for conceptualizing and executing new account acquisition, new product development, existing product suite management, retail business strategy and related MIS.

·         Building relationship with retail clients and providing them with regular advice on opportunities in Indian market and various trading strategies.

·         Keeping up-to-date with the current market trends along with the customer behavior and competitor analysis.

·         Responsible for all Branch operations, IT, compliance & Risk related issues in the Branch

·         Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.

·         Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

·         To accomplish targets as required by the Company.

·         Participate actively in sales planning, execute sales plans, engage with sales teams, and achieve targets in a cost effective way.

Qualification:

·         Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any field

Experience:

·         Above 5 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.

Salary Budget:

·         50K to 60K
