Job title: Customer care executive
Location: Surat
Roles & Responsibility:
· Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on timely manner.
· Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
· Receive freeze and unblocking stocks requests and follow up the process till done.
· Handle clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments.
· Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s and Master’ degree in any field.
Experience:
· 1 to 3 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.

Required skills:
· Excellent Communication Skills.
· Related Experience in Brokerage/Financial sector is required.
Salary Budget:
· 12,000 – 18,000 per month
