Roles & Responsibility:
· Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on timely manner.
· Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
· Candidates should handle stocks related queries on Calls, Chat and Email.
· Handle clerical duties which includes courier work, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments.
· Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s or Master degree in any field.
Experience:
· 2 to 3 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.
Required skills:
· Good Communication and Convincing Skill
· Languages known - English, Hindi, Gujarati
Candidate must have a basic knowledge of computer, MS Office, outlook etc.
Salary Budget:
· As per industry standard
