Job description

 

·         Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

·         Prepare marketing pitches, proposals, and other relevant materials.

·         Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment opportunities

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies

·         Manage a team of sales professionals including goal setting and performance evaluations

·         Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment advisors to develop and execute sales plans

·         Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

·         Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

 

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field

·         In-depth knowledge of mutual funds and investment products

·         Strong networking and relationship building skills

·         Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management and clients.

·         Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

·         Proactive and aggressive personality with a strong command over job responsibilities.

·         Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in Mutual Fund industry

·         Stable and experienced professional capable of aligning business strategies with management guidelines.
